Q: Do I need prior experience before tabling?
A: No! This is a good experience for all beginner tabling artists! However, you must be 18 years or older to vend, and be able to sell merchandise in your respective city.Q: WHAT ARE MY CHANCES OF VENDING?
A: We do our best to rotate artists! However, spots are very limited in both cities.Q: DO I HAVE TO HAVE PROJECT SEKAI MERCHANDISE TO VEND?
A: Yes! Due to the limitations in space for our NYC venues, we require the entire table be Project SEKAI or Vocaloid related merchandise. However, San Diego’s requirement is only 50%. related to PRSK at this time.Q: IS THERE A FEE TO VEND?
A: In most cases, no. However, some locations require a vendors fee. It will be specified in the application if it is required, and if there are any changes, we will issue out an email to applicants.Q: CAN I ONLY APPLY FOR ONE EVENT?
A: You can apply to multiple events.Q: DO I HAVE TO STAY FOR THE FULL DURATION OF THE EVENT?
A: Yes, we ask that you stay for the full duration of the event.Q: WHAT IF I JUST WANT TO VOLUNTEER TO DRAW MERCHANDISE, NOT VEND?
A: We reach out to guest artists to feature their art for the event. However, we are now opening up a volunteer application form in our server. Please join our server to access the form!

1. What is a cupsleeve event?A cupsleeve event is a fan-run event, unaffiliated with an official franchise or group. It features receiving a free cupsleeve featuring the celebrated character with a purchase of every drink at the venue.2. Is it free to attend?Yes, all cupsleeve events are completely free to attend! We may ask for an RSVP headcount for some events if we predict that the attendance may be too high for the venue.There may also be some additional freebies at the event! However, merchandise and artwork from our vendors are not free! Please feel free to browse the vendors' merchandise and support your local artists!3. How do I get a cupsleeve?
You MUST purchase a drink with the venue! This is to help support the venue that lets us host these events.4. When will you do the "(character name)" cupsleeve event? Can I request a cupsleeve event?
Unfortunately, hosting cupsleeve events costs a bit of money, and having the availability and time to put towards hosting these events is not reasonable to attempt hosting one for every character! We also have to keep in mind that many venues are being booked by other fans from different media (k-pop, other franchises), so there may just not be an available date to host an event. As this has happened repeatedly at events held so far, please do not harass the hosts at the event for skipping the date of one of your favorite characters— we're doing our best! We thank you for your understanding!5. Why do you only do events in NYC or San Diego?
We can only host events in our area that are local to us!6. I'm interested in selling at the event! How do I get involved?
please keep an eye out for the vendor application leading up to the event! you don't need to have tabling/selling experience, but you must be 18 years or older to sell at our events! please make sure to ensure that you can meet tax regulations in your area.7. can i host my own cupsleeve event?
of course! nothing is stopping you, haha!
